Description

The design of my previous personal blog features transformation from real-world materials to digital graphic interface. Three real objectives with various colors, materials and finishing, are selected as the reference to create warm and fresh feelings of the website.
Description

This is a smiley icon set I designed for an online SNS website. The main challenge about this design was how to make 16px tiny icons look crisp and full of details, with as many varied emotions as possible. Cookie Smiley was thus designed, featuring a matte feeling and pixel-perfect qualities.

Description

This project aims at training modeling capabilities by designing a set of tableware, based on the design language of a chosen architect. Silver Wave is inspired by works of Zaha Hadid, featuring organic floating curves, which is strong rather than tender. By studying the essence of her architectural language and then applying it to my design, I tried to create shapes that will appear to flow as the viewing angle changes. With each piece in different size and shape, the tableware as a set follows a consistent design language.
