Description

The guiding principle for this project is to think from the users’ perspective as well as to master the entire design process. Through elaborate user observation and concept exploration, Miss Phone was designed with a new way that people use the landline phones, especially for those who talk on the phone for hours. With a sub device wirelessly paired with the mother phone, people are able to make phone chat lying on sofa or even in bed. A fully considered process has been designed to help people convert between normal phone calls, and long-time phone chat. The sub device also has a timer, which will automatically cut the line if the user falls asleep without hanging the phone.
